Damn ye people with your scary metabolisms. i eat unhealthy, I gain weight, despite the constant exercise and physical activity. I eat healthy, I gain muscle, but don't lose much else, a maybe five pounds of excess.
That's tres healthy! Yay for eating three times a day. I love food as well, I apologize for my whiningbitching "I am a fattie" post before....I don't know I was in a bad mood hahaha. Oh well.
