I've notice that every other country in the world thinks that they're the biggest drinkers in the world.

"Hey man here in Canada all we do is drink eh lol"
"Welcome to Germany the home of drinking rofl"
"No one drinks like us English lulz".

And so on. Everyone wants to be the drinking capital of the world, it seems.

I do believe that in Europe the Finns are the heaviest drinkers, followed by the Irish, followed by the English.

Actually the Slavs drink the most, but you wouldn't know it because they have a higher tolerance than you Western Europeans.

I'm sure the Irish all being ultra heavy drinkers is mostly just a stereotype. I have a friend that moved here from Ireland and he's the biggest lightweight ever. ;<
