I do believe that in Europe the Finns are the heaviest drinkers, followed by the Irish, followed by the English.

I'm sure the Irish all being ultra heavy drinkers is mostly just a stereotype. I have a friend that moved here from Ireland and he's the biggest lightweight ever. ;<
