starbucks was out of regular sugar when i went so i loaded my shit with 7 packets of sugar in the raw and a ton of sweet n' low. Fuck, i am on the edge of my seat jittering and shit. i thought that shit had nutrasweet in it.

psa: don't be fooled. one packet of sweet n' low has the potency of about 7 packs of regular sugar.

I heard they've figured out that even real sugar doesn't cause the hyperactivity (or the crash) previously associated with it (at least, not to the extent that it's perceived to) , that it's an old wives' tale like throwing salt over your left shoulder when you spill it will keep the devil away or cutting your hair makes it grow faster.
