The Toadies

Just out of curiosity I was wondering if there are any Toadies fans here. I used to like the band and lot and though I don't really listen to them much anymore I still have a nostalgic fondness for them. I gave HeavyMetalLiker a cd I made that had a few Toadies songs on it and he absolutely despised it. I like a lot of the lyrics, for example I think the song "Tyler" is one of the best "love songs" I've heard. Rubberneck was a good album.

We do, however, agree that Nickelback rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still like The Toadies..
a lot of their songs are in odd-time signatures which I think is really cool for a pop/rock band... too bad they broke up
