For a lot of bands it's only their first album, their first 3 or their first 4. For Motörhead it's their first fucking 10.

March or Die (#11) is a clear step down from their earlier material. They have some good stuff after that (ex: Sacrifice) but they're not as consistent.

I'll repeat what I said when the news of Lemmy checking out hit last year. One of the most incredible things about Motorhead's legacy is how they released 22 studio albums over the course of 38 years and the longest gap in-between albums was 4 years. The work ethic was awe-inspiring. Write, record, tour, repeat.

Not as consistent, but still damn near and close. They may have a couple albums not on level with their prior output, but I can't think of a single full on stinker in their whole discography. Inferno, Kiss of Death, We Are Motörhead, Motörizer, Aftershock, Bad Magic, Overnight Sensation, Sacrifice, 1916, all killer records.
