The Triumvirate Of The Scarlet Twilight

Really? This saddens me! We have founded our Triumvirate in complete and utter seriousity and had hoped for the ultimate envy and approval from you all! Or... Not.

Relax, it's just bullshit - and a kickstarter for some cool discussions about some great music :kickass:

Listening to the new Agrypnie now btw. It's nothing new compared to the two former albums but the tracks are somewhat more epic and solid. Go listen! Now!

We also intend on adding "seriousity" to the Oxford English Dictionary by 2014. But seriously, our triumvirate is more a of joke than anything.

I've been holding off on Agrypnie because their previous two albums tend to be immensely exciting on the first one or two listens, but lose their luster quickly for me. Does their newfound solidity add any sort of return value? And do they still sound like 2/5 of Nocte Obducta?

I think they sound like 3/13 Nocte Obducta. It's too early to speak of lasting value just yet. But actually I find their two first rather durable as well. Not durable in a Nagelfar way but more durable than say Imperium Dekadenz. I feel about ID just like you do about Agrypnie.

PM all of us the bands you listen to. And we shall evaluate your kvltness while evoking the darkness.

Nah, not really. I guess you can have the impression based on the production and drum sound but that's it.

Ha, yeah...it's more like uber polished "modern metal" than -core really, but it sounds a lot like most of the German metalcore bands, with a bit more epic and black metal-ness.

Checked em out...M-A says the band name is Potentiam and the song is "To Know is To Die" (just in case that confused anybody else because it confused me)
