The website's payment process is not working!!!!!

Whats the matter with the website??? Tried to get the screaming simple cymbals, and the paypal screen was coming down with an empty basket after i was transferred there to complete my payment. Thought it was a problem with
my paypal or card, but turns out a couple of friend who i asked to try it for me through their paypal accounts, it still wouldnt work!?!?!?

anybody else has the same problem? and also why isnt there an official contact to speak with someone from the website about it???
