Extreme music, extremely technical. Great riffing, sometimes even reminds me of Death, some keyboard solos, some jazz/fusion influence... great stuff.
Wondering if any of you also listen to them...
Anyway, if don't, check them out !

Recommended albums: Colonizing The Sun and The Armageddon Theories

That band is kickass! I have Colonizing the Sun, one of my favourite technical metal cd's. I actually enjoy the vocals, but I seem to see many people not enjoying them.
Fave songs: Illuminati, shapeshifter.

Nothing to do with Opeth ?

Sorry, but I can make this more obvious: I'm a huge Opeth fan, they actually made me start listening death metal and Theory In Practice is a band which made me fell almost the same way about technical death, and they have that melodic thing.

So I would like to share this with other Opeth fans. Didn't like it ? Sue me.

Just tell me wtf are those two threads about Tool ?!?

Ps.: I have nothing to do with TIP, just was listening to them and felt like posting here.
