Therion - Live Gothic Review

Wow! What an amazing dvd. Brings me back to the show they did at Jaxx(minus the stage). I really cant fathom what Therion is gonna be now without this lineup,but we'll see..


While watching the dvd last night, me and my bf started discussing what Christopher has up his sleeve for the next album and tour, i blurted out jokingly "well the only way he could top this is if he hires Tarja Turunen to do lead vocals on their next album/tour", then there was a moment of silence.. that would kick ass heh.

Overall, this is my favorite live cd/dvd combo since Alive in Athens.

sweeet... thanks for the review. I ended up spending entirely too much money this past weekend on a new laptop, so I had to push back my purchasing of this much anticipated dvd/cd.

Plus I had a friend recently give me a burned dvd of their 9-song set at Wacken this past year. So that is tying me over for now.

about 2 hours, give or take. I watched it on Monday night and really enjoyed it

Yes, it's a full concert. It's a live double-cd, and a DVD with the show that has the same songs as the double-cd.
