I'm going to The Galaxy tonight. I'm planning on staying for the whole thing, since Nile is one of my favorite bands... glad to hear DT is as good as ever though.

just bear in mind that very few regulars of the in flames forum linger around here, and all the others just don't get the point in all the issues you had there, who blamed it on whom, who started it all, and who is to blame. this is no soap opera storybook, this is the DT forum.

Actually, I was going to talk about Sundin's haircut, but I forgot. So now we can have some real quality DT discussion.
Why did he cut his hair just to grow it long again? I mean look at the poor guy, now he has to go through that poor phase of having the hair "half way there" which no person should have to go through more than once in a life time.
What do the rest of you chums think about this fascinating topic?

Hrm... quick question... was one of their guitarists (I couldn't tell which one last time I saw them...) a stationary rock the whole time? He was when I saw them with In Flames. Kinda funny, the rest of the band is so animated, he just stood there.
It's a nifty little obsession of his. Hermetic texts say the best way to invoke someone is to speak to them as if they were right there, and they will appear or return the call. Much like the way I appear when I am spoken about.
Sorta paranoid for a 14-year old, isn't it? *shrug*
Anyway, DT will be in town on the 31st. How many other Chicago UMers are going?

Yes, this show at the Keyclub was excellent!!! I think Dark Tranquility stole the show completely. SYL was good as always...I left for Nile, they are a great live band but I have seen them so much it was almost boring to stay. ND played a good set as well!!

@steve420: i deleted your post flaming episode 666. in case it wasn't clear, i do not want to see any more flames colonizing the whole board, especially on the hmas forum topic. don't you think if i thought this a sensible topic to discuss i wouldn't have closed the thread dedicated to it?
you say there should be more dt-related discussion: fine. then please don't help diverting a thread's topic from dt to your personal problems with another board, another user, another row of flames. your signature is surely enough to convey your feelings.
nobody here is jumping to conclusions about your behaviour on other forums, and it seems to me you're being treated and replied to in a very civilized way by those who have nothing to do with official or unofficial in flames board, so there is just no need to go on like this.

I was wearing a Six Feet Under shirt with a grey jacket. Also during Napalm Death I met some really good looking chick getting totally roughed up in the pit before i went up to her, nice latina chick with with a white shirt and short blondish hair. but when Nile came on I got pushed into the pit, then I look back and she was gone(Don't you hate when that happens). Napalm had the craziest pit for sure, but I think DT had the crowd going the best. Mikael even gave me a handshake during Sun Fired Blanks or whatever that song's called. I wasn't really into Nile that much except for the pit, it was pretty intense. The only thing that caught my eye about berserker besides their ridiculous masks was when they some Carcass. (Funny thing is that no one wanted to hear berserker's music, they wanted more carcass.)
