This frequency table for monitors decent?

i just got my hands on these studio passive roland RSM-90 monitors for 45 american dollars at a yard sale down the block.

I currently use stereo speakers to mix awful i know.

Anyways i found the manual for it and there are screen shots i took of the frequency and polar.

plus you're gonna pay at least 250 for an amp, you might as well just get a pair of krk rockit rp5g2's and save yourself the trouble
