It took me until about the 2:00 minute mark to realize he wasn't singing in English. I just thought I couldn't understand him. Turns out I was double right. He does have a cool voice, though. And he did this on crutches. Don't care what country you're from, that's metal! I passed on these guys earlier in the year becasue of the horrible band name. Might have made a mistake...

He sure can sing, in English as well. Diego Valdez is becoming one of my fave singers. For me, he sounds like a mix of Ripper Owens and Dio.

I "had" tickets to the concert that the recorded the DVD but I had to catch the plane to PPUSA!!!!

Someone posted the video for "No Chance to be Reborn" a while back. I checked it out at that time, but it didn't really grab me. I spun it up again (based on this thread... thanks broegaard) and am thoroughly enjoying it. It's odd... he seems no less a Dio clone than Nils Patrik Johansson. However with Nils, the eerily similarity always put me off. Conversely, I'm thoroughly enjoying Diego's vocals.
