I need to find out how to get a certain type of guitar pick. Since Evergrey toured with CoB this is related vaguely. At the last CoB show I went to, Henrik from Evergrey threw some guitar picks out into the crowd and I caught one. It was a fairly thin white pick with the Evergrey logo on it and it said Caparisson guitars. I need some of these picks. I've gotten so used to using them and I lost mine. If anyone knows where to order Caparisson picks or if someone knows how to contact Henrik please let me know.

Check ou www.evergrey.net I think Henrik has a e-mail adress up there.

By the way why not post this at the Evergrey forum.

Caparison makes the custom picks of acetal. I believe the Evergrey picks are 1.57mm although they may be 1.2 like the Arch Enemy picks (I have one of those that I got at a show) If you can find an acetal pick in one of those sizesit should feel the same. I know music123.com offers custom picks and that material is one of the choices. Hope that helps.

There's no way this is a 1.2 mm. It's slightly thinner than the green tortex which I believe is less than 1 mm. It was also smaller around and had a really polished finish.

i also have the evergreypick, but a black.. it's size and shape is almost exactly like the Dunlop Jazz III XL but slightly thinner..

you cant order the caparison stuff, ive tried everything there is, even spoken to tom (evergrey) about it amd h e say that the man on caparison doesnt want the stuff to distributed in eu and us ???!!

get the red jazz III xl and get use to that instead, thats what i did

tom@evergrey.com

or at the evergrey forumhere at UM..

but he's been very busy now since the band has grown over the last year so it's harder to get in touch with him... try his email

have you tried the Jazz III XL yet?

thilo havent seen you in a long time (yea..u might not know i talked to you in scythes ofbodom forum long time ago). how's the extra two frets on your jackson doing? plays like a dream?

Yeah, nothing too interesting things happen here. Most time I just read here a bit.
The two more frets are great. The bad thing is that you can see the outline of the old pickup hole after 3-4 weeks. First I was very happy that you can see nothing, but now...! Sad. Next time when I go to this shop, I will ask, if they could revarnish and smooth it again...for free of course, because this is a mistake of them.
What was your nick in the SOB-forum?

eh.. i cant remember but i guess its xjimmyleungx. i asked you about jackson RR1 and you told me alot about it. i ordered one of them and they're arriving soon.
