After today's 53,4 km (33,2 miles) bicycle trip, the scale had a nice number waiting for me:

FAKE!....

j/k... congrats!
I lost about 50Kgs in about 2 years a while back and thankfully I still haven't gained it back. In my case though the fact that all my life I've been obese and that I lost the weight mostly through diet and not so much exercise left scars in both my body but also in my phisycal strength and endurance. You seem to have done a much better job.

Congrats dude.
Im going to try and loose some weight as soon as i get rid of this god damn cast..

I think it was at 2007 i lost about 20kg over the summer, the winter after i went up 15kg, and then i started gaining even more from there..
Im at about 94kg right now, and im 1,79cm tall.. so i have to loose about 20kg. :erk:

And to think that i weighed 22kg when i was 10 years old!

Recently my mum (half-)jokingly suggested that if I lost some weight, maybe my head would get smaller and thus be more easily covered by what little hair I have left. Ah, family. :goggly:

Hahahahahaha, at least you don't have to worry about her "just saying things because she's your Mom"! :D

I need to loose some weight, too.
3 years ago I played football (the american one), worked out 2 times a week for an hour, and smoked :D
After I broke my elbow last year I wasn't able to do many sports, had to study and almost no time.
The problem was, I ate almost the same as 3 years ago...so I gained 10 kg.
Not that much, but I lost alot of my muscles.
The extent of my left arm was like 40cm while playing football and so on, 2 months after the surgery only 30cm...I couldn't even hold a bottle of water for longer than 30 seconds.
Going through a second surgery in about a month should help me-at the moment all I do is walking, but I think that I need to walk 20 km per day to loose the weight...not gonna do that, I work 10 hours a day...
