Are you listening to the MIDI version of the one-winged angel or the orchestral version? The one-winged angel plays during the finale and is actually inspired by Joseph Hayden's "The Creation", which is pretty cool. Also, I'd love to hear an orchestral rendition of Sephiroth's theme, its just a great theme for a great villian, and plays particularly well when he walks through the burning wreckage of Nibelheim in Cloud's memory.
