Thought regarding: Celladoor & Dragonforce...

[ZANEX]

Both Celladoor and Dragonforce have impressed the hell out of me.

*Celladoor reminds me of Queensryche/Lethal/Helloween/Pretty Maids, but are from Cleveland, Ohio and I think they are a good band.

*Dragonforce-typical European "power metal" but remind me of a European Dream Theater. Talented as "all get out" & impressive musicianship. Just don't know if I can't get into all the songs. Might have to grow on me.

Thoughts/comments welcome.

i really dig dragonforce but for some reason cellador seems overrated, it just doesn't seem all that special to me. i've only heard a couple tracks, maybe i'll make a new opinion after i hear thier whole album.

Never heard Celladoor(great name!) but Dragonforce are one of the most original bands i have ever heard. I've never heard a band sing about dragons and shit like that, it's the least gay and cheesy thing ever! I don't even know what genre this would be, all i know is its real powerful and real metal! YAY!
(Anyway Dragonforce are ok. Fun band)
