It doesn't matter what you think...I'm not trying to make you believe me. You can believe what you want just like the people thinking a decision was made because Italians are anti-American. That's the point in all of this.

The information concerning her guilt? That would be called the evidence on which she was convicted, although you'll never read it if you don't actively look for it, which you obviously haven't done. The jury didn't just say, "She looks like a slut, throw her in prison!" I had my doubts in the beginning of the trial but after taking a neutral view at the evidence, it points to her as well as Guede and her bf. Sorry.

Don't worry, though...she'll get out. Remember when this was going on years ago and I said that IF she actually went to jail, that in 5 years she'd be out? I predict she'll get out after her next appeal. It always happens here. Immigrants come here just to go to jail and be taken care of...it's like a long vacation.

What you're pissed off about is that you think the DNA evidence "wasn't big enough" to convict. What? How is that even an argument? They tried to clean up the mess. What would be a big enough DNA sample? DNA is DNA and there was her DNA mixed with Kercher's blood on the knife... NOT MUCH, but it doesn't take a lot to convict. That's why we have forensic evidence. Her parents must've written that fucking Wikipedia article.

What people need to understand is that it's not that they found her guilty of actually committing the act; they found her complicit with it and put the blame already on Guede. THAT'S WHY HE GOT 30 YEARS AND AK AND RS ONLY GOT 25. But unsurprisingly, people don't stop to think about, you know, FACTS. Like I've said a million times before, she's guilty because she played a part in it as well as the others, but the news doesn't say anything about Raffaele and Guede...nope. It's all about Foxy Knoxy. So while she's probably right and telling the truth when she said she didn't kill her, that doesn't mean she's INNOCENT. She was essentially an accessory to murder and in any country that's just as bad as murder. Also her statement about how Kercher bled to death before even being told how she died didn't help her any.

I was being facetious, responding to people like Donald Trump who said Americans should boycott travel to Italy. Well, I say go ahead and boycott it because if you're going to boycott travel to a place because of something as ridiculous as this, then that means you're probably an idiot.

I think it would actually be a good idea of Amricans boycotted Italy. Because the type of people that would even partake aren;t the type I'd ever want visiting another country. i deal with these american tourists on a daily basis here in london and the vast majority of them just complain about everything. it's too expensive, it's too crowded, america's much better etc. please have these people stay where they are. we dont want them here.
