I had The Hermit for about a month and really liked it until last night I downloaded about 3 more of their songs and I am IN LOVE!!! This is truly amazing material in my opinion, I will definately be searching for their cds!!

I've always pushed them strongly on this board in various threads as I think they are somewhat similar to Opeth. (The way they combine acoustic and heavy anyway)

And to answer your question on what sort of music they are, I think they desribe themselves as Dark Metal. Kinda doomish I guess ... some acoustic passages and a very raspy vocalist, hehe.
