I've seen this word a few times in relation to Scandinavian metal bands. Anyone know what it means?

Schweinehund is from a German phrase "seinen inneren Schweinehund überwinden" something like "to get the better of one's interior 'pigdog'". So Schweinehund is a symbol for laziness or doubt of doing something. Well I only know it from that phrase, maybe there's a second meaning. Or it's just a defamation like Schweinepriester = pig priest 
Everyone is singing in Finnish or English, so I guess they wanted to be different. And singer's mother tongue is Swedish, if I remember right. Anyone else in band doesn't understand shit about Swedish, hah.
