Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland

Im looking foward to this,

the only thing that puts me off is the potential for a lot of Depp.
don't get me wrong, he's cool and all,
but you just know that Burton toyed with the notion of casting Depp as Alice before saying to himself "naw, i'd never be able to get away with it *sigh*...."

i just hope Burton remembers that the Mad Hatter is not the main character in that story.

+1 to this. But i'm sure he isn't going to smoother Depp all in the movie Burton is a little smarter then that.
 
Yeah , Burton has an unhealthy fascination with Depp. I might be dragged along to see this as my GF is also a Depp fan (whose isn't) . Depp looks fucking scary in this movie , and TheDriller is right , I guarantee he gets more screen time than Alice - he already has in all the trailers.
