J/K, yeah he does some great work IMO, sucks that until now I've never known who he was though. Cool to see he did the Pearl Jam stuff, I actually really enjoy the production on that album.

Dark Light is a fantastic album IMO, although more times then not the slightest mention of HIM is met with cringes and looks of disgust (in my experience anyway). Out of all the albums i'd have to say that Dark Light has my favorite overall sound. I never knew much about Palmer, but now you've got me curious. To the interwebz!
 
Hate to revive this, as people hate that, but I really love this guys productions/mixing. Anyone know anything about his techniques or gear? He seems to be relatively unknown as far as the internet is concerned but some of the sounds he gets are huge. I recently bought every CD he worked on and it all sounds pretty fantastic. The guitar sounds on the HIM albums he did = :worship:
