Timo Tolkki - Classical Variations 2 carryover

I was wondering if anyone else here put up $35 for Classical Variations 2? When this was cancelled, I received an email saying I could request a refund, or choose to carry the pledge to the new project - which I did. Timo said we'd be the first to receive the cd and get your name in the cd booklet. I have yet to receive the cd and an email sent to Timo has gone unanswered. Did this happen to anyone else?

As interesting as the project sounded, I had no confidence in Timo seeing it through.
