Tips for loosening a stiff neck?

Yeah - go figure. Got a show tonight, and I woke up with the right side of my neck stiff as hell. Looks like I'm going to get the rest of the band to load/unload my ampeg 8x10 rig tonight

Anyone got any tips for stretches or anything to relax stiff/tight shoulders/necks? I know I'll have to take it easy on the handbangs - windmills will bedamn near impossible. Definitely will be stocking up on some icey hot or something.

Get a proper massage, seriously. I have constant neck trouble, and a good masseuse (HAR HAR HAR) can do wonders.
