I've been taking baby steps into the world of Guitar EQ'ing and I'm pretty content thus far with my progress. I'm a total n00b when it comes to EQ'ing and I just went by ear more or less.
Check out my mix and tell me if i'm headed in the right direction. Don't bother trying to give me advice on the drum sounds. I know they're not great and i'm just trying to get comfortable with guitar first
Signal chain is pretty much:
Schecter Hellraiser into a Toneport GX. I quad tracked the Bomber Uber Model (2 tracks at 100% Left and Right and 2 more 80% Left and Right). From there it went into Revalver MK III using Guitarhacks Impulses and then to VoxengoCurveEQ. Drums are DFH.
