did you ever find your self recording too much middle on the guitar tracks? it looks like you can never have too much middle. actually i always feel like i dont get enough middle sound from my recordings.i have spent days trying to solve with EQs tracks that didnt have enough middles, but never succeeded, it seems that the middle and and the treble coming out from the amp is something that cant be fixed later on?
If anyone here think he can fix muddy tracks with EQs (reducing lows, bostting midds and highs and still keeping it crunchy and fat) i am willing to do everything to learn his magic ways.
