TOOL, Who is a fan?

Tool is probably the band of this generation that is going to be held in the highest regard 20 years from now. Their music is just brilliant, and they are the type of band that can go on stage and pretty much stay in one spot the entire performance and still put on an amazing show.

Favourites:

Opiate - Sweat
Undertow - Flood
Aenima - H
Lateralus - The Patient

Tool are good ^_^ Haven't listened to them in a while though. Plus their albums are so expensive here.. So I only own Lateralus. But im working on it ^_^ Favourite songs.. The whole of the album is good really.. The Grudge is a great song to start it off with ^_^

Fuckin Oath, when they started the gig with Flood and then straight into the grudge it was just fuckin gold, and finishing the show with Lateralus, left me numb and speechless. best money i ever spent.

im so glad that i was able to find a website with some live mp3's on it,

Oh yeah here's the link to a site where you can get live mp3's and stuff some video footage as well, i'm not sure if it's still working though,

Maynard.

Been a fan of the band Tool for a long time. I saw them at Denver's Red Rocks Amphitheater with KING CRIMSON a few summers back. That show was better then a blow job from your little sister's underage friend.

i love tool... i saw them live once, in their Aenima tour.
my favourite song from them would be Third Eye.

Tool are very, very good. Fav. songs:

Opiate: Hush
Undertow: Prison Sex
Ænima: Can't say. I love every track on that album.
(Salival) : Haven't heard it.
Lateralus: Disposition and/or Parabola.

Not suprised you haven't heard salival, try and secure it online if you can, they stopped printing them a while back though, so good luck, i sneaked off with one of the last availiable copies about 8 months ago so have fun looking.

they covered "no Quarter" by led zepplin, made it a fuckin good song.

and did a 14 min version of push it.

kick arse.

Good to see some other TOOL fans here, lets add a twist, if you have seen them live (yay team) what did they open and close with,

if you haven't had the privelidge of seeing them live, then i feel sympathy for you, for TOOL in concert is something you need to behold, words photo's and live recordings just don't cut it.

Oh, btw. at my 2 gig's i saw them at,

opened with, Flood, straight into the grudge,
finished with Lateralus. we got everything that night, ÆNEMA, 46&2, ticks and leach's (spelling) sober, prison sex, we got a greatest hits concert.

The second show, started with Flood, then straight into he grudge again, finishing again with Lateralus.

good stuff.

I saw them back in October...

They opened with Cold & Ugly, and I THINK they ended with Disposition/Reflection/Triad. Not too sure, they might have played Lateralus after that. I don't really remember...
