These are always good because you can show off to others about what diverse and different tastes you have to everyone else

Still, I'm limiting this to Extreme Metal because other wise this would be impossible for me, especially when you start throwing the classics like Zep (who I don't really see as Metal actually), Sabbath & Maiden in. Everything has it's right place in the right occasion. But there are some which just stand out head and shoulders above the rest:
