Why is Anders Bjorler on the list? He wasn't even the best guitarist in At the Gates (Alf Svennson was far more technically skilled, AND the primary writer of most of the band's classic material). My feelings about the Clandestine AIDS Victim are well known, but he at least belongs in the discussion. Guitarists from bands who released most of their albums after 2000 don't belong on the list at all: they simply lack the historical importance, whatever technical skills they may or may not possess.
AND OPETH ISN'T NOW AND NEVER HAS BEEN DEATH METAL.
