Hailing from Wales this gothic three piece are relatively new to the scene (forming in 2004) but have quickly established themselves as a serious outfit, and I think this release shows that.
Coming in at just under 44 minutes this album has anything a listener could ask for when listening to death metal with a gothic twist when trying to compare this band to more well established acts the first that came to mind (and this will sound pretty weird) was Khold mixed with Jack Frost.
However you describe this band, you cannot fail to notice the melancholy and anger rife throughout this offering.
Long may Tor Marrock continue to progress and grow as a band, I see no reason why this band can't grow from this very steady base of a release.
