I did my part of the solo..Its quick..its semi-based on the original. I didn't bother learning note for note..I simply wailed on the pentatonic (F#) like the original.. it sounds ok.

It also has that little guitar lick before the solo stuff..I liked the lick..and it sounds a lot like my own playing so I had to lay it down. Whoever mixes can put in whichever they choose if Crossy recorded a break there.

Where do you want me to put the track? MM's new locker?

yeh, I did the lick before the solo too. Which ever is best. I'm not worried

Also I there is a lick at 1:45 in the original. Its only small. Rabs do you want to put that in or do you want me to have a go?

MM, any chance of a Raw mix without the bass

I did both little guitar licks. I think I accidentally used less reverb on the 'new' lick..so it may sound a bit different. Sorry.

Finally got the test mix. Myplay is giving me download errors lately...dunno why.

This is sounding very beefy. awesome. Hope EC can laydown a bass for this soon!

If and when you get the time MM, I'd appreciate if you could give my solo more reverb....try to get it to match crossy's more. Right now there are not sounding very consistant.

I've been getting a lot of errors from Myplay too. I finally got it just now. It sounds pretty good. It was clipping a little on my speakers. Can't wait to hear it finished
