let alone the fact that Orphaned land, Melechesh, Primordial, thryfing, ensiferum, wintersun, negura bunget and many others need to come over for more than just 1 or 4 gigs, it still amazes me that there are bands already over in North America that haven't played most of it such as November's doom, woods of ypres, agalloch,etc.

From what I understand, Borknagar was one of the top choices to headline HC2. I assume they weren't available.
