does somebody knows a good dutch - english and dutch - french translate program somewhere on the net (i can only find crappy ones)

Well I don't know if this one is Crappy, but why don't you give it a try. Its the "Language tool" @ the http://www.google.com website.

i'm mostly using http://dictionaries.travlang.com/EnglishDutch
but it's as crappy as a prisma dictionary. get a copy of the vandaele cdroms and put it on your computer and become a master at english

I use www.systransoft.com
It's far from perfect, but you get the idea of what it should be. You can translate 250 words I think at once.
