The new album on our promotional label "Pure Underground" comes this time from the Ruhr-territory. TRANSNIGHT have already produced three demos on their own in their history and anno 2011 it is now time for the official debut album.
The 10-tracker "The Dark Half" got a very interesting mixture of styles. Heavy / Power Metal is building a skeleton for the songs, but they are always a lot of technical breaks and solos built in and sometimes the songs are going into a more thrashy direction. On the other hand the nasal voice of vocalist Dave got slight influences from bands like MANILLA ROAD or is going into aggressive, low tones like in M.O.H.N. Independence is definitely in the first place and this should be a reason for the underground fan base to get their ears on it.
Moreover, the album was mastered by Andy Classen, the matching cover was painted by the Italian Artworker Stefano Moroni.
