Tonight at the Barleycorn a band called "Appetite for Destruction" is playing. Do you know if they are a Guns n Roses tribute band?

Yep they are.

They play Appetite For Destruction start to finish as the main set, then play a few other GnR hits (for example Civil War, You Could Be Mine, Don't Cry) as the encore.

That's like saying listening to Appetite From Destruction start to finish on CD is boring. And in this case the songs LOUD, live, energetic, you're drunk and in a room full of other Guns N Roses fans, and you're also watching a band play (dressed up as GnR too).

They probably always play different songs at the end of the show, they just always play Appetite start to finish. They are technicall not a Guns N Roses tribute band according to them, they are a tribute to the album, not to the band.
