We`ve been invited to participate on this Tribute Cd to this legendary Mexican Band Cenotaph, so here we got the song, and thought about showing it to you guys and see what you think.

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1356793/Solitude - Lorn Ends.mp3 (it`s working now)

We used used real drums but we ended up using samples for snare and Kick.

Guitars were quadtracked, and guitar chain was like this:

Schecter Hellraiser and Alexi Laiho LTD, 5150 into Avatar Contemporary with V30, for all guitars, single Sm57, we used a focusrite Isa One and a Universal Audio LA 610.

For Bass we used a Honer 6 string into Sansamp Psa-1 then into the Ua, using its compressor..

For Vocals, Sm7 into the UA, for both clean and screamed vocals.

We ae looking for advice and tips on this, cause this is not the final version, we ghetto mastered this for ourselves, cause the mix will be mastered by another guy who will master the entire Cd, so advices on the mastering are more than welcome too.

Thanks Voidfiller.

Here`s the original version if you like to hear it.
