yeeeep pretty much suck haha.. havent put much time into this.. but yeah.. got my new preamp yesterday, and two sm57's today so thought i'd try them out

Sounds pretty good, especially considering you haven't spent that much time on them, with a bit more time and work I think these could kick ass \m/

have you flipped the phase on the bottom mice? It sounds kinda thin...
Or maybe try to tune it lower and mix in more of the bottom mic... IMO
