I'm trying to use a Triple Rec to do some reamping for use with impulses and was wondering if there was a way to do it without the cab connected since it has a standby switch on it? Is this possible without hurting the amp? How would I go about this? Turn on Standby and just take the FX Send Out into the preamp? Thanks.

I don't think the Rectifiers are capable of that, but there's one way to find out! 
However, I should mention that in experimenting with using my 2 ch. Dual Rec with impulses, I found the Slave out to be a much more pure pre-amp signal; the FX send in comparison is kinda "fuzzy" once it's run through an impulse.

Yeah, the rec won't put anything out the fx-send unless you turn standby off. So you'll want a dummy load or cab to be connected.
Haha, cool thanks man. I was just looking for a way to not have to move my cab since it's fucking heavy. Oh well, I probably need the exercise anyways. I'll try the Slave Out too, thanks for the tip.
