Tuning on Fiction

Which songs are in what tuning. Thanks i just was wondering, maybe learn some stuff off the album.

Half of the songs were tuned to B, another half were tuned to C.

Well, i'm unsure that he takes PM's, he's a busy man, after all. I can guess that songs like Focus Shift and the Lesser Faith are tuned to B, and Blind At Heart and Misery's Crown are tuned to C.

Just write him. He posts here every now and then to answer questions so it should be worth a try to PM him and as soon as you get an answer you can post here so everyone knows (personally I don't even know what you are talking about).

Our standard tuning is actually C# (not C), but on some songs we detune the thick E string another two semitones to B for that extra heaviness. The other strings stay the same.

On "Fiction", the following songs use the darker tuning:

- Nothing to no one
- The lesser faith
- Terminus
- Icipher
- Focus shift

Michael detunes his bass for "Inside the particle storm", but the guitars are normal.
