Actually more than they expected. Recently, CM Distro had to cancel my Battle Metal CD order because it is out of stock (and I don't like to wait). Now these are the guys that go hand in hand with the record company. So if these guys don't have it, they have by far exceeded expectations.

I'd still like to see some numbers though, just for the heck of it
