Twisted Into Form (no, not Forbidden, but tech metal)

Twisted into Form have finalised the recording of their as yet untitled debut album. The band consists of Kaj Gornitzka (ex-Spiral Architect: guitars), Erik Aadland (bass), David Husvik (Extol: drums) and Leif J. Knashaug (Ex-Spiral Architect session: vocals). Recordings have taken place at Top Room Studio (Mayhem, Borknagar, Extol, etc) and MultiMono Studio. The album is produced by the band and Asgeir Mickelson. Labels are currently approached in order to negotiate its release.

Were certain instruments recorded in your studio?....my intial guess would be drums (obviously), but I could be wrong.

Actually, everything EXCEPT the drums were recorded in my studio. The studio wasn't built when they wanted to start the recording so they did the drums in Toproom.

The band is very talented but they just arent my thing, however the recording quality is top notch, you did good work asgeir.

I agree, great job by Asgeir and the band members, I have long been looking forward to this! It has met my expectations (It is also interesting to hear Husvik drumming in a more technical style like this).
