I have been really curious about Twitter but do not really understand what it is. I feel like I am missing out though because I keep hearing about it.

Just a short-sentence blog where the visitor comments have been combined into the blog.
well it's really a way to make brief text messages to a group of people you choose and you get all of their "tweets" as well. i intend to just update it with what i'm doing, work-wise, from time to time... there's a "happy' little video on their site that more fully explains what it is. getting pretty popular... even members of congress using it, ha.

Cool concept. I like the fact that I don't have to spend 2 fucking hours filling out shit tons of profile information. I just don't have the patients for that. Pretty much why I don't have a myspace page.

you know audiophile.. it's ok for you to just not use Twitter withOUT the need to insinuate that those of us here who do use it are somehow fucked-up and less cool than you. to me, doing that is kinda... well... pretentious.
