semi-dubious, but i'm really interested in this guy's handheld documentary -- even though i assume he only interviewed a guy who merely sighted saddam's fate...

that death ray is amazing.

also, during this war, they were talking about using this death-ray that boils the miniscule layer of water on the surface of your skin, causing immense agony but no real damage beyond a sunburn, to paralyze entire divisions of troops. was it ever used, or is it not far enough along in the testing yet...?

that's a good question. i recall that microwave ray stuff getting discussed for a while now, so i would assume it's already in use?

what's interesting is that some top serbian officers were accusing the US of testing all sorts of strange things on them during the clinton years...
