Type of contract to use?

I want to implement a contract agreement into all returning/new customers for payment and what not. What kind of contract do I use for this. Any links or anything?

Shipwreck: it'd help to know what business you are actually in. Contracts in the plumbing business are very different from the music business. And even producing, mixing, engineering, etc. require different contracts, so what I'm saying here is: your request is way too unspecific to actually be answered.
