I've recently had a lot of people asking me to upload the contract I use with bands, so I've put it up on my website.

It's pretty generic. Just covers things like artists pay for damage they cause, instruments must be in good condition, agreed upon dates, etc.

no, Bands are paying thousands of $/€ for a good recording, you can be sure they prefer to pay a professional

I can only say for myself that I wouldn't want to work with a potential client ever if he has problems signing a contract like this. Great contract by the way!

I don't wanna sound like an asshole, but I'd use this "contract" with caution - at least if you're located in the European Union.
