That really sucks!

I bought a Mesa Mark IV a long time back. It was used. The shipper sent it with the fucking tubes IN the sockets. They were destroyed. Luckily he also sent extra tubes that were properly packaged. Contacted him about it, and it ended up being such a run-around to get anything out of it that I just gave up.
