i read it like... christ... 10 years ago? (OLD ALERT) actually no more like 16 years ago WICKED OLD ALERT.

for the most part i think burroughs is just a superfluous windbag who hates women. but he has a good sense of humor at times.

I bought it about ten years ago, read a single page, and then had it promptly stolen from me. I kept hoping it would turn up so I never re-bought it, but it never did.

if you really want to read burroughs i think like, either 'blade runner, the movie' 'the adding machine' or 'cities of the red night' is way better.



but all in all you'd be better off skipping him entirely and just reading l.f. celine who he copied for all his humor.
