Everyone loves Evile, recognises them as one of the most hardworking bands the UK has produced in many years- there's no doubt about that. They are a prime example of why the UK should be proud of it's music scene, especially after the last album. Russ Russell is a fantastic producer, there's no doubt about it, he manages to get the best out of brilliant bands!
Evile worked their way up through the underground though, and there are plenty more awe inspiring bands who are in the same position as they once were who are maybe equally deserving of the recognition that Evile are currently getting.
That's why we, UK Metal Underground, exist. We're a bunch of enthusiasts who see a ridiculously good band playing in a small club or pub, and we do all we can so they reap the rewards of their hard work. We host the forums of MALEFICE, XERATH, SYLOSIS, SACRED MOTHER TONGUE, SAVAGE MESSIAH, OUTCRYFIRE, WARPATH and so many others, including HELLFIRE FESTIVAL and METALFEST.
