So we're asking you, THRASH BANDS IN THE UK, for LATEST NEWS, LATEST TRACKS and LATEST GIG DATES for the second podcast. And of course... people to listen to it.

Go on UK Thrash and see the box on the side? Open that n have a listen. Thats it i guess. Podcasts are like downloadable radio sorta things. Paul can explain better anyway.

Yeah, it's just a radio show, but not live and is edited. The main advantage is that everyone can hear it because it's always there... plus they're only gonna be 20-30 minutes so it's hardly a strain on resources or concentration levels!

Oh, and you should be able to subscribe to it in iTunes soon..
