anybody know how they are going to structure all the playing time... more importantly how long bodom will be playing for? if theres a website on this yet....

cob will at least get 45, they wouldnt let them and TH EMIGHTY OMFG MASTODON have the same time if it was 30 minutes, then what would the openers get? 15?

It has nothing to do with America. Slayer would headline anywhere else as well. They've been around the longest, had the most records, SOLD the most... it makes perfect sense. Did you actually think Bodom would headline over Slayer?
