i came across an unoffical October Tide site:

dont know whose it is, maybe someone here on the board done it, anyway i know some of you might like it, its pretty good, obviously theres no updates on there as the band are R.I.P, but still some cool stuff on it.

Well, I guess it's pretty hard to regularly update a page for a band that has - unfortunately - ceased to exist

Although you could always write stuff like "New samples added" or "New webmaster in charge" or something.
